Oral presentations  [Detailed instructions]

1. For oral presentations, submitted abstracts will be reviewed.

2. Due to the limited number of slots in the program, some participants who wish to give oral presentations may be assigned to poster presentations.

3. Please see example and instruction. Send the video file (MP4 format) recorded with PowerPoint to the organizing committee by Nov. 24, 2021. The video file will be made available exclusively to the participants on e.g. Youtube through Gather.

4. During the conference, you will be asked to participate in live discussions with participants from other countries twice a day (See program).

5. Students or young researchers who is less than 5 years after Ph.D. acquisition will be considered for the oral presentation award. 

 

Poster presentation [Detailed instructions]

1. Please see example and instruction and send the poster file (in jpg format) created in 800 mm wide × 1200 mm tall size to the organizing committee by Nov. 24, 2021.

2. The poster file will be made available exclusively to the participants on Gather.

3. During the conference, you will be asked to participate in live discussions with participants from other countries twice a day (See program​).

4. Students or young researchers who is less than 5 years after Ph.D. acquisition will be considered for the poster presentation award.
